Community-based wellness programs aim to encourage individuals to adopt healthy lifestyles by raising awareness and enabling them to access health services and facilities. They also provide them with systems and infrastructure that enhance safe living environments, contributing to the achievement of 2030 Vision goals.

As per the pathway:

All discovered cases shall be referred to the apropriate department (either in a primary or secondary health care centers) for further investigations and management.

Discovered cases are referred to primary or secondary health care centers:

• Digital:
  • Using Mawid system directly to book the appointment.
• Paper:
  • In case of Mawid not working, a paper form is used instead, and a copy of it is taken by the community based wellness team.
